The quote tool

The quoting form gathers sex, birth date, health self-assessment, tobacco status, desired coverage and years of protection. This info goes to a carrier quoting service for rates but stays off this website. Names, addresses, phones and emails aren't collected for viewing quotes. Identical requests from the same user may be cached temporarily to avoid re-querying.

Applying

Should you proceed to apply, your answers prime the secure carrier app, and you're governed by their separate privacy policy. The California-licensed Susman Insurance Agency (0B75129) runs all applications.

The contact form

The message form collects your name, email, optional phone, response preference (call or email), subject and message. Email reaches the agency using your address for responses. This website doesn't archive messages, maintain a database or log content. Your browser runs a quick anti-spam verify before transmit.

Measurement

This domain uses first-party, cookie-free tracking for page visits. No cookies or tracking pixels stored; your IP is partially masked; referring URLs are stripped; logs expire after 90 days. Users with DNT or GPC signals enabled skip tracking.

What we do not do

Personal data isn't sold or traded, ad trackers aren't installed, and external analytics don't run here. The sole third-party feature is the carriers' secure app on the apply page, active only if you visit it.
